This Shipping Policy is designed in accordance with Austrian consumer protection law (Konsumentenschutzgesetz – KSchG) and EU regulations for distance selling.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time.

2. Delivery Within Vienna

Deliveries within Vienna are usually completed within 2–3 days.
We may contact you to coordinate the delivery time or handover location for smooth and safe delivery.


3. Shipping Within Austria (Outside Vienna)

Orders shipped to other regions of Austria are sent via DHL, Österreichische Post, or another reliable courier service.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and regional delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • weight and size of the order

  • courier option selected

For Vienna deliveries, a standard local delivery fee may apply unless otherwise noted.


5. Custom Duties & Taxes

Domestic orders within Austria do not incur customs duties.

International orders (if applicable) may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import charges determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer, as permitted under Austrian and EU consumer protection law.
However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at arina.octopus@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

We comply with EU directives regarding consumer rights and will support legitimate claims.


8. Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
